Privacy Policy

How IT Pro Source handles information on itprosource.com.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ITPS Enterprises, doing business as IT Pro Source (“IT Pro Source,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information through our website at itprosource.com (the “Site”). It covers the public Site and the forms on it. If you are one of our managed IT clients, your signed client agreement governs how we handle your data and controls where it differs from this policy.

1. Information We Collect

What you give us. We collect what you type into the forms on the Site or send us directly:

Please do not include patient health information, passwords, or other sensitive data in a form or email to us.

Sent with a form. Our contact, assessment, and support forms are delivered by Web3Forms, a form service that receives what you submit, together with your IP address and technical details about your browser, screens it for spam, emails it to us, and keeps server logs and any copies under its own terms. Each form also tells us which page or form it came from.

Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. On most pages, Clarity records how you interact with the page, such as mouse movements, clicks, taps, scrolling, and the pages you view, and turns that into session recordings and heatmaps. It also collects technical details such as your device type, browser, operating system, screen size, the website that referred you, and your approximate location based on your IP address. Clarity uses cookies to recognize your browser across pages and visits, and Microsoft’s cookies can recognize your browser across other websites that use Clarity or Microsoft services. We set Clarity to mask our form fields, which is designed to keep it from capturing what you type into them. Microsoft receives this data and may use it for its own purposes, as the Clarity terms and the Microsoft Privacy Statement allow, which can include improving its products and advertising.

How you found us, and copies of form submissions. The Site also loads a small script from our website provider, MortonApps, which receives your IP address and the page address when your browser loads it. The script keeps a note in your browser (in local storage, not a cookie) of how you first arrived at the Site: the first page you visited, the website that sent you (if any), and any campaign tags in the link you followed. The note is ignored after 30 days and holds no visitor ID. When you tap or click an email or phone link on the Site, the script reports which link it was, the page it was on, the note, and your approximate location (country and state), without your name or contact details. When you successfully submit a form, it sends the same details together with a copy of what you typed into the form, so MortonApps can keep a record of the inquiry for us.

Connection check. The client support request page has an optional connection check. If you run it, your browser contacts several outside services, such as Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare, Zoom, and RingCentral, and their status pages, to test your connection. Those services receive your IP address under their own terms.

Automatically, through our infrastructure. The Site is served through hosting and content-delivery infrastructure that processes standard technical information to deliver pages and keep the Site secure, such as your IP address, your browser type and operating system, the pages you request, and the time and referring address of each request.

We do not offer user accounts on the Site, and we do not collect payment information on it.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

We do not sell or rent your personal information for money, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. Microsoft may use Clarity data for its own purposes, as Section 1 explains.

3. Cookies, Local Storage, and Your Choices

The Site uses:

How to opt out. To stop Clarity, you can block clarity.ms with your browser’s tracking protection or a content blocker, or opt out of Clarity through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info (select Microsoft). Microsoft says Clarity also supports Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser. Blocking or deleting cookies stops Clarity from linking your visits, but it may not stop Clarity from recording them. You can delete the note of how you found us by clearing this Site’s data in your browser. The Site works without Clarity and without the note. The Site itself does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

4. Service Providers and Other Recipients
