Contract IT services (called Managed Care Plans) are for companies who want to outsource all or most of their IT needs. These plans are popular with companies that have no internal IT support or with limited internal support. They are also popular with companies wanting to free up their internal IT personnel from the day-to-day IT support, allowing them to focus on projects, infrastructure, and higher-level issues.
With our contract IT services, there is a monthly charge based upon the number of users, devices, and type of devices. IT Pro Source offers two different plans – The Essentials and The Complete. The primary different between these plans is The Complete plan includes onsite visits whereas The Essentials plan does not. Most issues we encounter are able to be resolved remotely so The Essentials plan is our most popular. However, for companies looking for consistency in their IT expense, The Complete plan is the best option.

On Call Program and Ala Carte Service Offerings
As a premier outsourced IT service provider, IT Pro Source offers our On Call program which is a great option for companies looking for additional IT support on an irregular schedule and/or without a monthly commitment. There is no monthly fee associated with this plan – it is a “pay as you go” service. Remote and onsite support are both offered under this program and the services we provide run the gambit of IT related activities from daily tech support to cloud migration and up thru large infrastructure projects. Whatever the IT need, IT Pro Source can supply the knowledge and labor.
We also offer discounts for clients who pre-purchase block hours. The larger the amount of hours purchased the larger the discount. The block hours never expire. Companies purchasing block hours are also given a discounted hourly rate for after-hours emergency and planned project work.
Our outsourced IT service provider solutions are a one stop shop for all or your IT related needs.
